Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement

ACILA Provider-Led Sponsorship Facilitation

We connect Australian aged care providers with qualified international care workers through the Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement, managing the recruitment-to-employment pipeline from candidate sourcing to settlement support.

What is the Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement?

The Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement (ACILA) is a dedicated pathway that allows approved Australian aged care providers to sponsor skilled international workers for positions that cannot be filled by the local workforce.

Under the ACILA, providers can sponsor workers for roles including personal care workers, nursing support workers, and enrolled nurses through the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa program.

Our Role: We act as the recruitment and facilitation partner, managing the end-to-end process from candidate identification through to settlement support, enabling providers to focus on delivering quality care.
